CRL Cologne 045 Matte Black 135° Glass-to-Glass Shower Hinge

CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L045MBL) — a solid-brass, radius-corner alternative to Vienna Hinges that delivers a sleek, beveled-edge look and higher load capacity for wider, heavier frameless shower doors. Cologne Hinges use two internal steel pins to support either CRL "mouse-ears" or rectangular cut-outs. Leave the pins in place for mouse-ears safety cut-outs; remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (may fit some competitive cut-outs).

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side activated. Pre-set models are set to 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins (up to 45º) are available to accommodate off-angle installations when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity & Door Size:

• Two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); max door width 36" (914 mm).
• Three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); max door width 36" (914 mm).
