CRL Cologne Hinges combine radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look while providing heavy-duty support for wider shower doors. Built from solid brass with dual internal steel pins, these hinges offer two mounting options: leave pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (safer for rounded corners), or remove pins for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs — sometimes fitting competitive templates as well.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship set at 90º; Pre-Set models ship at 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the pre-set angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PINS: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

LOAD CAPACITY & RECOMMENDATIONS:
Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm).
