CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L045CH) combine the strength of Vienna-style hinges with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Designed for wider, heavier shower doors, these solid brass shower door hinges provide reliable support where standard hinges fall short. Two internal steel pins offer mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (including some competitive patterns).

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; rotate the pin to engage the 85º side for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Pre-set models are shipped with the pin set to 85º.

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45º) when the standard 5º adjustment is insufficient.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm) supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg) with the same maximum width.
