This CRL Oil Dynamic Full Back Plate Wall Mount Hinge (SKU: H8210BTSN) swings in and out a full 90º with a stop at 0º. The adjustable closing-speed valve lets you tune self-closing action for interior glass doors up to 39" (1 m) wide. Maximum capacity with two hinges is 220 lbs. (100 kg). Designed for interior applications only.


The Oil Dynamic Hinge blends automatic mechanical hinge function with hydraulic closing control, providing a self-closing glass door solution without floor-mounted or overhead closers. Ideal for retrofit installations where preserving an all-glass aesthetic is important, this oil-damped wall-mount hinge enables easier installation of frameless glass doors without extensive floor or header modifications.

Properly mounted, two Oil Dynamic Hinges support 5/16" to 9/16" (8 to 13.52 mm) thick glass doors up to 39" (1 m) wide and weighing up to 220 lbs. (100 kg). Do not use more than two hinges. The ambidextrous design adds installation flexibility. A 3mm allen-key adjustable valve controls closing speed.

The Oil Dynamic Hinge features an aluminum body with distinct configurations for Wall Mount and Glass-to-Glass applications and has been tested for durability (over 1 million cycles) for long-lasting service.
