Our glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). The patented wedge action applies downward pressure via two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar, creating exceptional holding force in the rail. This engineered system delivers secure attachment for glass door applications and is optimized for quick field installation.

Installation and service notes: CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rails ship fully fabricated with End Caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. To adjust the alignment after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts—the center secures the slide; the outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment range. Low-profile slide design allows pivot positioning beyond standard setback to accommodate vertically out-of-square openings.
