Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, features the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). The patented wedge action applies pressure from the bottom of the door rail using two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tensioned with socket head cap bolts, the angled extrusions are drawn together in the rail groove, creating exceptional holding force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" Corner Rail). This secure, mechanical clamp is ideal for frameless glass entrances and patch fittings for tempered glass doors.

After installation, access three socket head cap bolts by removing the End Cap: the center bolt locks the adjustable slide; the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment. Built-in Jamb Alignment Block is standard; arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
