Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, is a fast-installing, high-strength door rail engineered for commercial glass doors and storefront applications. The patented Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) secures the glass by pulling two aluminum retaining extrusions together with a flat stainless steel bar and socket head cap bolts. The angled wedge action compresses the extrusions and gasket to generate exceptional holding force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" (228.6 mm) corner rail), delivering reliable performance for tempered glass doors and heavy-use entrances.
