CRL Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) setting blocks (90 durometer Shore hardness) provide a neoprene-equivalent solution for glazing and structural glazing applications. These TPR setting blocks resist chemicals, won’t mar or stain glass or frame finishes, and are compatible with modern structural glazing sealants, including silicone-based systems. Available in the most popular neoprene block sizes for window, storefront, curtainwall, and glazing installation projects.

To ensure sealant-to-block compatibility, the silicone sealant manufacturer can test accessory materials using ASTM C1087-87. Testing takes approximately four weeks from receipt of samples; written results will be provided.
