CRL Cardiff Series Pivot Hinges (SKU: CAR02BN) are engineered for 5/16" (8 mm) to 3/8" (10 mm) tempered safety glass and expand application options for glass shower doors and fixed transom installations. Pivot-style hinges support the door weight at the bottom, allow inset installation for clearance around towel bars and projections, and reduce required glass cut-outs compared to standard side-mount glass-to-glass hinges. These self-centering hinges use four springs for strong retention and offer full rotation swing for shower doors. Compatible with CRL’s Deluxe Header System for partial-height enclosures.

NOTE: Optional 5º Pre-Set Pivot Pin Sets (sold separately) shift the door closing position by 5º and may be installed before or retrofitted after installation. Sold as a set of two (top and bottom). Not included with hinge purchase.

Capacity with Two Hinges: With two hinges on 5/16" or 3/8" glass, supports up to 100 lbs. (45 kg) and a maximum door width of 31" (787 mm).
