CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z606BN) is engineered for 1/4" to 5/16" (6–8 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, this square radius base glass clamp is designed specifically for use with 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing — ideal for partitions, railings, mezzanines and exterior windbreak applications.

Installation Notes: For attaching the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (<1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece. NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required when using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning: For interior installations where the glass is not supported from the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
