This CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU Z606BR) fits 1/4" to 5/16" (6–8 mm) glass and mounts to 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing. Constructed from zinc or stainless steel, these radius-base glass clamps are engineered for partitions, railings, windbreaks and architectural glass railing systems where a secure, low-profile clamp is required.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (<1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning:

For interior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
