CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z606CH) is engineered for 1/4" to 5/16" (6–8 mm) glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, this radius-base clamp secures glass to 2" (51 mm) diameter round tubing—ideal for tempered glass railings, partition systems, mezzanine guards and outdoor windbreaks.

Installation Notes: For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (<1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece. NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product Warning: For interior use, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
