Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z15312BS) are engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass and are available in zinc or stainless steel. These radius base glass clamps provide a secure, low-profile mounting solution for railings, partitions, mezzanines and exterior windbreaks—a durable choice for both commercial and residential glass railing systems.

To fasten the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

Note: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required when using the included steel pin for additional glass support. Replacement rubber gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

Product Warning: For interior and exterior applications, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the panel is not supported at the bottom edge to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
