CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU: Z15306BS) are engineered for secure mounting of 1/4" to 5/16" (6–8 mm) glass in glass railing, partition and railing projects. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these radius-base Z-clamps are ideal for interior and exterior applications where a clean, rounded base and minimal visual intrusion are required.

For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut with the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.

Note: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch is required when using the steel pin for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

Material: Zinc or stainless steel. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc recommended for improved durability in exterior applications.
Glass Fabrication:

• For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm): 1/2" (12 mm) notch required if using provided steel pin.
• For 1/2" (12 mm): 9/16" (14 mm) diameter hole required if using provided steel pin.

Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet.
Replacement Hardware: CRL P612 for replacement screws.

Product Warning:

For interior and exterior installations, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the bottom edge does not support the glass to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
