CRL Left Hand Sidelite Mounted Transom Patch with Support Fin Bracket (SKU: PH41LMBL) is a sidelite-mounted transom support designed to secure a transom to a sidelite glass panel. Includes an INT300 insert for mounting doors with CRL PH20A or PH21A top door patch fittings. For single doors the insert can be removed on the non-hinged side to allow a double swinging door. Use an INT306 Transom Patch Door Stop Insert for one-way door operation, or install an INT305 keeper insert for use with an AMR205 lock in top-of-door installations. The support fin glass should be sized per approved design criteria (refer to GANA or the manufacturer's manual) and the bracket must be secured to the ceiling with a ceiling mounted support fin bracket.

If the transom weight exceeds 100 lbs (45.4 kg), ceiling support is required to prevent patch fittings from slipping. For heavy transoms use Cat. No. B5BC Smoke Baffle Channel or PH94 Patch Fittings. Contact our Technical Sales Department for installation assistance or load calculations.
