CRL Cologne Hinges (SKU: C0L180MG) offer a sleek alternative to Vienna Hinges with radius corners and beveled edges. Engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors, Cologne Hinges include two internal steel pins that provide mounting flexibility: leave both pins in place for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs for added safety, or remove them for increased adjustability and compatibility with rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs (including some competitive patterns).

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with 90º engaged; Pre-Set models ship at 85º (5º tighter closure). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to switch sides.

Custom Pivot Pin: Available for off-angle installations—specify an angle up to 45º when the standard 5º adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

Load Capacity: Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass (10–12 mm) supports up to 110 lb (50 kg) with a maximum door width of 36" (914 mm). Using three hinges supports up to 140 lb (63 kg) with the same maximum width.
