Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4TPB12C), is engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass and features the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 & 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). This patented wedge action secures the glass by pulling two aluminum retaining extrusions together with a flat stainless steel bar and angled groove, producing very high clamping force (over 900 lbs. in a 9" corner rail) for reliable, long-lasting hold.

Installation and adjustment: after rail installation attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable alignment slide. To fine-tune alignment after hanging, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts—the center bolt secures the slide, the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out by 1/8" (3.2 mm). The low-profile slide allows pivot placement off the standard 2-3/4" (69.8 mm) setback for out-of-square openings.

• All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block; arms, pivots, closer arms and floor/overhead pivots must be ordered separately.
• Models with locks ship with the lock mechanism installed; keyed cylinders or thumbturns are ordered separately.
