The CRL Geneva Series professional hinge (SKU: GEN544CH) fits 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered glass and is offered in six styles—three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass—providing design flexibility for shower enclosures. Geneva Hinges are made of solid brass with stainless steel pins and springs, and are self-centering with a reversible 5° pivot pin for improved door closing performance. Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

Each Geneva hinge includes a reversible pivot pin: one side marked 90° (standard) and the opposite side marked 85° (5° pre-set for tighter closure into the shower interior). Pre-Set models ship with the 85° side activated; the pin can be rotated to select the other side.

Custom Pivot Pin: Cat. No. GENP1N custom pivot pins can be specified for off-angle installations (up to 45°). If the standard reversible pin does not achieve the desired closing position, contact our Technical Sales Shower Door Department. Using a custom pivot pin may affect glass sizing and enclosure aesthetics.

Performance:

• Two hinges (5/16"–1/2" glass): supports up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm)
• Three hinges (5/16"–1/2" glass): supports up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm)
