The CRL Pinnacle Hinge SKU P1N544CH shares features with our Geneva Series but adds radius corners and beveled edges for a sleeker, contemporary look. Designed for frameless shower doors, Pinnacle Hinges fit 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed from solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, these hinges deliver durable, reliable door closure for residential and hotel shower applications.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Pinnacle Hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Pre-Set models are factory-set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the active angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment is insufficient.

LOAD CAPACITY:
  • Using two hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: supports up to 80 lbs (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
  • Using three hinges with 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: supports up to 120 lbs (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
