The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N5440RB) offers a refined alternative to our Geneva Series with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleek, modern look. Pinnacle shower door hinges accommodate 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) thick tempered safety glass and are self-centering when within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, these solid brass shower hinges provide long service life and reliable door closure. The Pinnacle includes the reversible 5° pivot pin found in our Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite Series; custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Pinnacle Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin: one side marked 90° and the other 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower). Standard models ship with the 90° side activated. Pre-Set models ship pre-set for 85°. The pin can be rotated to activate the alternate setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available to accommodate off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard reversible pin does not achieve the desired closing position.

Capacity:
Using two hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" glass (8–12 mm): holds up to 80 lbs. (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" glass (8–12 mm): holds up to 120 lbs. (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).
