The CRL Pinnacle Hinge (SKU: P1N544BN) is a radius-corner, beveled-edge alternative to our Geneva Series designed for a sleek, modern shower appearance. Pinnacle shower door hinges fit 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass and are self-centering within 15° of the closed position. Constructed of solid brass with stainless steel plunger tips, pins, and springs, these solid brass shower hinges deliver long service life and reliable door closure. The Pinnacle includes the reversible 5° pivot pin used in our Geneva, Cathedral, Roman, Ultimate, and Elite series; a custom pivot pin is available for off-angle installations.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Pinnacle hinge contains a reversible pivot pin with one side marked 90° and the opposite side marked 85°. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active. Pre-set models ship with the pin set to 85° for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. The pin can be rotated (not flipped) to activate the other side.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° pivot does not achieve desired closure.

Capacity:
Using two hinges: With 5/16" to 1/2" (8–12 mm) glass, holds up to 80 lbs. (36 kg); maximum door width 28" (711 mm).
Using three hinges: With 5/16" to 1/2" (8–12 mm) glass, holds up to 120 lbs. (54 kg); maximum door width 32" (813 mm).
