Our innovative glass entrance product, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR10SPS34S) securely clamps tempered glass using the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System. Two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar pull downward with socket head cap bolts into an angled groove in the door rail. This wedge action and the specially designed door retaining gasket create high clamping force (more than 900 lbs. in our 9" corner rail), delivering a rigid, long-lasting hold across the full 35-3/4" (908 mm) rail length.

The Wedge-Lock® system not only secures glass—it is engineered for rapid installation. Experienced installers can prepare a door for hanging in under ten minutes. CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rails ship fully fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide. The standard Adjustable Door Alignment System (top and bottom rails) allows ±1/8" (3 mm) in-or-out adjustment without removing the door.

To fine-tune the alignment after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide, and the two outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. The low-profile slide lets pivots with slotted grooves be positioned away from the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
