CRL 6" x 10" Center Locks with Deadlatch — SKU: DL610RCPS are versatile center locks for glass doors, designed for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. These 6x10 center locks provide multiple lock functions and enhanced security without electrical connections. A simple cut-out in the glass is all that’s required for installation — no cement or silicone — and units are available in left- and right-handed configurations.
Key differentiators: ADA-compliant, five attractive finishes, deadlatch anti-jimmy protection, and compatibility with heavy tempered glass doors — ideal when you need a reliable center lock for glass doors that’s easy to install and maintain.
Office Lock Function: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side (outside lever can be locked by rocker in faceplate) or by key outside. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks the main latchbolt to prevent jimmying. Turning the inside lever always retracts the locking mechanism for egress.
Entrance Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side (except when deadbolt is projected). Deadbolt operated by key outside and thumbturn inside. Turning the inside lever retracts both latch and deadbolt for exiting.
Passage Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side. Turning the inside lever always retracts the latch for egress.
Storeroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever inside and by key outside; outside lever is fixed. Auxiliary latchbolt deadlocks the main latchbolt to prevent jimmying. Turning inside lever retracts latch for exit. Commonly used with electric strikes.
Classroom Lock: Latchbolt operated by lever on either side except when outside lever is locked by key. Key operates latch and unlocks outside lever; inside lever always operable for safe egress.
