Our innovative CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4SSA12PL) features the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System. This patented door rail for glass doors secures glass by applying downward pressure via two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar. As the bar is tightened with socket head cap bolts, angled wedges draw the extrusions together against the glass and gasket, producing extremely high clamping force (over 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail) for reliable, long-lasting attachment.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers the fastest installation time among door rails for glass entrances—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. CRL rails ship completely fabricated and ready-to-install with end caps installed. After installation, attach the pivot or door arm (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The Adjustable Door Alignment System (standard on both top and bottom rails) allows 1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. Remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile slide and pivot slots let the pivots be located other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
