Our innovative glass entrance product, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System to create strong, reliable clamping pressure on the glass. Two glass-retaining aluminum extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar pull together in an angled groove as socket head cap bolts are tightened, producing very high retention force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" Corner Rail). This patented mechanism secures 1/2" and other glass thicknesses without separate internal removal during installation.

The rails come completely fabricated and ready-to-install. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable alignment slide already assembled in the rail. To fine-tune after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts — the center secures the slide, the outer two allow the 1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment.

Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass. Available in several standard architectural finishes; custom finishes and widths can be quoted. Rail specifications, templates and hardware packages are available from CRL Technical Sales via e-mail.
