Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System, uses the exclusive Wedge-Lock® Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). This patented wedge action applies downward pressure via two aluminum glass-retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar, creating exceptional gripping force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" corner rail). The result is a secure patch fitting for 1/2" tempered glass and robust performance across full-length door rails.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers the fastest installation time of any door rail: experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. CRL door rails ship fully fabricated and ready-to-install with End Caps installed. After mounting the rail, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the pre-assembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (3.2 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door—standard on both top and bottom rails. Remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves accommodate non-standard setbacks and vertically out-of-square openings.
