CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TBL12P) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and includes the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System. Rails come complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install for commercial and residential glass doors.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers a faster, more secure installation for glass door rails—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails ship completely fabricated with end caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The adjustable door alignment system (standard on top and bottom rails) allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. To adjust after installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide position. The low-profile slide accommodates pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.
