CRL Low Profile Door Rail—compact at 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall and 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide—features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile door rails for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass ship complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for fast, reliable installation.

How it installs and adjusts: Rails come fabricated and ready-to-install with End Caps installed. After mounting the rail, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable alignment slide. To fine-tune alignment, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts—the center bolt secures the slide; the outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide accommodates non-standard setback positions for vertically out-of-square openings.

Compatibility & options:

• Models available to accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass.
• All rails include the built-in Jamb Alignment Block; arms and pivots sold separately to meet job requirements.
• Closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately; pivot inserts 1NT701, 1NT703, and 1NT704 are sold separately.
• Models with locks are supplied with the lock mechanism installed; matching keyed cylinders or thumbturns must be ordered separately.
