CRL Low Profile Door Rail measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and is engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 & 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for fast, secure installation. Rails come complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install right out of the carton.

Installation & adjustment overview: After mounting the rail and attaching the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable alignment slide, access the three socket head cap bolts by removing the End Cap. The center bolt secures the slide; the outer bolts provide ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. Low-profile slide design allows pivot placement other than the American Standard Setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm) for out-of-square openings.
