CRL Low Profile Door Rail measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). These low profile door rails are complete with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches—ready to install for commercial glass doors, storefronts, and interior glass partitions.

Installation & adjustment: Rails come completely fabricated with end caps installed. After rail installation, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable alignment slide. To adjust the door after hanging, remove the end cap to access three socket-head cap bolts: the center secures the slide; the outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide accommodates non-standard pivot setback positions for vertically out-of-square openings.
