Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SSA12PL) is a compact, ready-to-install door rail engineered for 1/2" (12 mm) monolithic tempered glass. Measuring only 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, it features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for a secure, durable glass connection and industry-leading installation speed—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes.

The rail ships complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches. After mounting, attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide. The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows ±1/8" (±3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door—standard on both top and bottom rails.

To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts: center bolt secures the slide; outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment. The low-profile adjustable slide allows pivot placement different from the American Standard 2-3/4" (69.8 mm) setback and supports fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
