Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TSA12PL) measures 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and incorporates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Low profile door rails ship ready-to-install with end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system provides a secure, single-component housing that won’t shift out of adjustment and installs faster than competing door rail systems—experienced installers can prepare a door in less than ten minutes. Internal components do not require removal before installation, and glass securing pads are designed for longevity in extreme environments.

CRL rails include an adjustable door alignment slide pre-assembled into both top and bottom rails, allowing 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. After installation, remove the end cap to access three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the outer bolts provide the 1/8" (3 mm) adjustment. The low-profile slide also allows pivots with slotted grooves to be located off the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
