Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TPS12PL) is a compact, ready-to-install door rail measuring 2-5/16" (59 mm) high by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide. It features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for fast, secure attachment to 1/2" (12 mm) glass panels. Rails ship complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for quick field installation.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers industry-leading installation speed—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes—and reliable long-term performance. CRL rails arrive fabricated and assembled; after mounting the rail, simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide. The Adjustable Door Alignment System provides 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment without removing the door and is standard on both top and bottom rails.

To make final adjustments, remove the End Cap to access three socket-head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm) in or out. The low-profile slide allows pivots with slotted grooves to be positioned off the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), enabling fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
