Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2TBS12P) is a compact, ready-to-install door rail for frameless glass doors and commercial storefronts. Measuring 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide, it uses the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1) for fast, secure attachment to monolithic tempered glass.

The Wedge-Lock® system is engineered for speed and reliability—the fastest installation time of any door rail system we offer. Experienced installers can prepare a door in less than ten minutes. Rails ship complete with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches so they are ready-to-install out of the carton.

After installation, attach a door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail. The Adjustable Door Alignment System allows 1/8" (3 mm) in/out adjustment without removing the door. This adjustment is standard on both top and bottom rails and is accessed by removing the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide 1/8" (3 mm).

The low-profile adjustable slide supports pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings, offering installation flexibility for commercial glass doors and storefront applications.
