Description
Overview
- Compatible with Silicone, Butyl, Polyurethane, and Polysulfide Sealants
- UV Stabilized
CRL Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) Setting Blocks (SKU: TPR567) are UV-stabilized, 90 durometer TPR blocks designed for glass and glazing applications. They deliver neoprene-equivalent performance with excellent chemical resistance and non-marring properties, and are available in the most popular neoprene block sizes. Ideal for structural glazing designs calling for modern silicone or polymeric sealants, these setting blocks are compatible with a wide range of sealant chemistries. Job-specific compatibility testing with the chosen sealant manufacturer is recommended before startup.
Product Warning:
To ensure sealant-to-block compatibility, silicone sealant manufacturers can test accessory materials using ASTM C1087-87. Written test results are provided. Testing typically takes approximately four weeks from receipt of samples.
Order TPR567 thermoplastic rubber setting blocks for reliable, non-marring support in glazing installations.
