The CRL8500 Series Floor Mounted Door Closer is engineered for heavy doors and reliably supports door weights up to 800 lbs. (363 kg). Choose 90Β° or 105Β° Hold Open, or No Hold Open models. Three spring sizes accommodate most standard installations for interior and exterior commercial doors.
The supplied 1/8" (3 mm) collar-height standard spindle is interchangeable with optional spindles to match different finished floor heights. Compatible accessories include cover plates, pivots, center-hung arms, and offset arms for flexible installation options. Note: Use an auxiliary floor or overhead door stop to prevent over-extension and protect the closer and surrounding entryway.
