The CRL Adjustable Spring Power Overhead Concealed Door Closer (SKU: CRL8772A) is an overhead concealed door closer engineered for ADA opening force compliance and retrofit flexibility. Offered as a body-only unit with mounting clips to replace non-adjustable closers, or as complete packages including the door closer body, mounting clips, Type "S" side-load arm or Type "A" end-load arm, and your choice of "DP" adjustable dual-purpose bottom pivot set or "GE" pivot set. Ideal long-tail keyword focus: adjustable concealed door closer for ADA doors, overhead concealed door closer for storefronts and commercial entrances.

Adjustable Spring Power
Allows spring tension adjustment from a minimum of 8-1/2 lbs. opening force up to a medium spring size to match site conditions and door weight.

Independent Adjustment Valves
Non-critical dual-action valves independently control closing speed and latching speed for precise, field-tunable operation.

Special Retaining Rings
Retaining rings prevent adjustment valve screws from being backed completely out of the door closer body, reducing maintenance issues.

Available in both 90Β° and 105Β° hold-open models and no-hold-open models. Door closer bodies fit into standard 1-3/4" x 4" (44 x 102 mm) or larger extrusions. Additional spring sizes and hardware options are available to accommodate different door sizes and site requirements.

Note: Use an auxiliary floor or overhead door stop to prevent damage from over-extension of maximum allowable door swing.
