Overview
The CRL Overhead Door Closer Kits are ideal for doors with a 1/2" (12.7 mm) top rail depth and feature an adjustable side-load bottom pivot set for threshold mounting.
These kits include all necessary parts, come with a 5-year limited warranty, and are UL listed, ensuring reliability and safety.
The kits comprise a medium spring size door closer, mounting clips, and either a "DP" Adjustable Dual-Purpose Bottom Pivot Set or "GE" Bottom Pivot Set.
The closers feature independent adjustment valves for precise control of closing and latching speeds, with models available in both 90º and 105º hold open, as well as no hold open options.
Please note, additional floor or overhead door stops are recommended to prevent damage from over-extension of the door swing.
