CRL Deluxe Header Kit provides structural support and added safety for glass panels that do not reach the ceiling. Designed for in-house fabrication, the Deluxe Header Kit includes selectable component parts and is available in 66", 95" or 144" lengths. Each header extrusion features a narrow 1-1/4" (32 mm) face to minimize visible sight lines. Header is constructed of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy for corrosion resistance and lasting performance.

90° and 135° fixed corners, adjustable corners, and a special adapter block for pivot-hinge installations are sold separately. A blank mounting bracket is available when the header does not meet the wall at 90° and standard wall brackets cannot be used. Brass wall brackets are included in each kit.

This header kit is compatible with Senior Prima, Senior Cardiff, Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, and Shell hinges when used with top-and-bottom mount pivot hinges.
