CRL 95 in Satin Brass Finish Deluxe Shower Door Header Kit

• For 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2" (8, 10, and 12 mm) glass
• One 66" (1.67 m), 95" (2.41 m) or 144" (3.66 m) piece of aluminum header extrusion
• One 36" (914 mm) piece of aluminum snap-in filler for door pocket
• One pack of two BWB2 brass wall mounting brackets
• Clear vinyl for 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass (not required for 1/2" (12 mm) glass)

CRL Deluxe Header Kit (SKU: SDH980SB) supplies reinforced support and safety for glass panels that do not reach the ceiling. Designed for in-house fabrication, each deluxe header kit includes a narrow 1-1/4" (32 mm) face aluminum header extrusion to minimize visible sight line, plus snap-in filler and brass wall brackets. Header extrusions are constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy for corrosion resistance and strength. 90° and 135° fixed corners, adjustable corners, and a pivot hinge adapter block are sold separately. A blank mounting bracket is available for non-90° wall terminations where standard wall brackets cannot be used.

This header kit is compatible with Senior Prima, Senior Cardiff, Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, and Shell hinges when used with top-and-bottom mount pivot hinges.

EACH DELUXE HEADER KIT CONTAINS:

• 66" (1.67 m), 95" (2.41 m) or 144" (3.65 m) piece of header extrusion
• 36" (0.91 m) piece of snap-in filler for door pocket
• Vinyl for 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass [not needed for 1/2" (12 mm) glass]
• Pack of BWB2 brass wall mounting brackets (pack includes two brackets)

NOTE: For installations using 1/4" (6 mm) glass, Cat. No. HV140 clear vinyl may be ordered separately.
