CRL Deluxe Header Kit—an aluminum header kit engineered to support and secure glass panels that do not reach the ceiling. Sold in 66", 95" or 144" lengths, each 6063-T5 aluminum header extrusion features a narrow 1-1/4" (32 mm) face to minimize visible sight lines for a clean, low-profile look.

Designed for in-house fabrication, the kit enables installers to customize configurations using component parts. Compatible with Senior Prima, Senior Cardiff, Prima, Cardiff, Rondo or Shell hinges when used with top and bottom mount pivot hinges. 90° and 135° corner elbows or adjustable corners sold separately. A special adapter block is available for pivot-hinge installations. A blank mounting bracket is sold separately when the header does not meet the wall at 90° and standard brackets cannot be used.

Each Deluxe Header Kit contains:

• Header extrusion — choose 66" (1.67 m), 95" (2.41 m) or 144" (3.65 m)
• 36" (0.91 m) snap-in filler for door pocket
• Vinyl for 5/16" (8 mm) and 3/8" (10 mm) glass
• Pack of BWB2 brass wall mounting brackets (2 per pack)
