CRL Deluxe Header Kit provides rigid support and added safety for glass panels that do not reach the ceiling. Designed for in-house fabrication, the kit is offered in 66", 95" or 144" lengths and features a narrow 1-1/4" (32 mm) face to minimize visible sight lines — ideal for frameless glass shower door header applications and other architectural glass installations.

Header is constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy for corrosion resistance and long service life. Brass wall brackets are included; 90° and 135° fixed corners or adjustable corner connectors are sold separately. A special adapter block is available for pivot-hinge installations. A blank mounting bracket is offered separately for non-90° wall junctions.

This kit is adaptable to Senior Prima, Senior Cardiff, Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, or Shell hinges when used with top-and-bottom mount pivot hinges.
