The CRL Deluxe Header Kit (SKU: SDH980BBRZ) provides secure overhead support for glass panels that do not reach the ceiling. Designed for in‑house fabrication, the kit is available in 66", 95" or 144" lengths and features a narrow 1-1/4" (32 mm) face to minimize visible sight line—ideal for frameless glass door headers and contemporary shower enclosures.

Key differentiators: header extrusion is corrosion‑resistant 6063‑T5 aluminum alloy, included BWB2 brass wall brackets for durable mounting, and snap‑in filler and clear vinyl to accommodate multiple glass thicknesses. 90° and 135° corners, adjustable corners, and a special adapter block for pivot hinge installations are sold separately. A blank mounting bracket is available when the header does not meet the wall at 90°.

This kit is compatible with Senior Prima, Senior Cardiff, Prima, Cardiff, Rondo, and Shell hinges when used with top and bottom mount pivot hinges—making it a flexible solution for custom glass door installations and glass partition headers.
