The CRL Petite Series offers a complete range of hinges for frameless shower doors using 1/4" (6 mm) to 5/16" (8 mm) tempered safety glass. Designed for maximum configuration flexibility and design freedom, the Petite Series includes three hinge types:

• PET044 Wall Mount Flush Back Plate Hinge (PET044BN) — wall-mount offset back plate keeps all mounting screws inside the shower for a clean exterior sight line, ideal for modern frameless shower door installations.
• PET181 Glass-to-Glass Hinge — mounts a door to a fixed panel in a 180° plane and allows a full 180° outward swing.
• PET182 Glass-to-Glass Hinge — allows a full 180° inward swing.

Petite hinges feature mitered edges with curved corners for an upscale look and have hinge plates that are 25% thicker than competitive hinges, reducing deflection and providing greater holding power — a key differentiator for durable frameless shower door hardware.

Load Capacity
Using two hinges with 1/4" or 5/16" glass (6 or 8 mm): holds up to 55 lbs (25 kg); maximum door width 31" (787 mm).
Using three hinges with 1/4" or 5/16" glass (6 or 8 mm): holds up to 82 lbs (37 kg); maximum door width 34" (864 mm).
