The CRL Petite Series delivers a complete line of heavy-duty, low-profile hinges for frameless shower doors (SKU PET044CH). Engineered for 1/4" (6 mm) to 5/16" (8 mm) tempered safety glass, these wall mount flush back plate hinges (PET044) provide a clean exterior sight line by locating all mounting screws inside the shower. The Petite Series also includes glass-to-glass models PET181 (180° out-swing) and PET182 (180° in-swing) for frameless shower door installations. Petite hinges feature mitered edges with curved corners for an upscale appearance and hinge plates that are 25% thicker than competitive hinges to reduce deflection and increase holding power—ideal for reliable frameless shower door hardware.

Load capacity & door width (frameless shower door hinge):
Using two hinges: Holds up to 55 lbs (25 kg) with maximum door width 31" (787 mm).
Using three hinges: Holds up to 82 lbs (37 kg) with maximum door width 34" (864 mm).
