The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU GEN537BN) fit 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six style options (three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass) provide design flexibility for frameless shower doors. Geneva hinges are self-centering and include a reversible 5° pivot pin; custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations. Solid brass construction with stainless steel pins and springs ensures long-lasting performance.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° and 85°. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active; offset models are pre-set to 85° (5° tighter closure into the shower interior). Rotate the pin to activate the other side—do not flip the pin.

Using two hinges on 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 80 lbs. (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges on 5/16"–1/2" (8–12 mm) glass: holds up to 120 lbs. (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) can be ordered for off-angle installations up to 45°. If the reversible 5° pin doesn't achieve the desired closing position, specify the required angle and contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department. Note: glass sizes and enclosure aesthetics may be affected by custom pins.
