The CRL Geneva Series professional hinges (SKU: GEN537PN) fit 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) tempered safety glass. Six styles (three Wall Mount and three Glass-to-Glass) provide design flexibility for frameless shower doors and custom enclosures. Geneva hinges are self-centering and include a reversible 5° pivot pin; custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations. All moving parts are stainless steel; bodies are solid brass for corrosion resistance and long service life.

Standard Reversible Pivot Pin: Each Geneva hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard hinges ship with the 90° side active. Offset/pre-set models are factory set to 85° (providing a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior). The pin can be rotated to change the active side.

Using two hinges with 8–12 mm glass: holds up to 80 lb (36 kg), max door width 28" (711 mm).

Using three hinges with 8–12 mm glass: holds up to 120 lb (54 kg), max door width 32" (813 mm).

Custom Pivot Pin: Custom pivot pins (Cat. No. GENP1N) can be ordered for off-angle installations up to 45°. Custom pins may affect glass dimensions and enclosure aesthetics—contact Technical Sales Shower Door Department for assistance.
