CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamp (SKU: Z406GP) — designed for 1/4" to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) glass. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these round radius base clamps are a durable, low-profile solution for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass applications.

Installation notes: For securing the Z-clamp to thin-wall tubing (< 1/8”), use CRL ZB0LT socket head cap bolt and ZRNUT rivet-nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and install the rivet-nut with the 34604 heavy-duty thread insert tool and 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece. NOTE: a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.

Product warning: For interior installations where the glass is not supported from the bottom edge, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel to prevent slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
