Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU Z406BR) secure 1/4" up to 1/2" (6 to 12 mm) glass and are offered in zinc or stainless steel. These round radius base clamps are ideal for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass projects where a low-profile, durable clamp is required.
For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (less than 1/8"), use CRL ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32" (13.5 mm) hole and install the Rivet-Nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16" mandrel and nosepiece.
NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required if using the included steel pin for additional glass support.
