CRL Polished Brass Z-Series Round Glass Clamp for 1/4 & 5/16 in

Our CRL Z-Series Round Type Radius Base Glass Clamps (SKU Z206BR) fit glass thicknesses from 1/4" to 1/2" (6–12 mm) and mount to 2" (50.8 mm) diameter round tubing. Available in zinc or stainless steel, these radius-base glass clamps are ideal for partitions, railings, windbreaks and other architectural glass projects where a clean round-tube connection and durable finish are required.


For securing the Z-Clamp to thin-wall tubing (under 1/8"), use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt with ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. Drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole, then install the rivet-nut using the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool and 34618 5/16” mandrel and nosepiece.

NOTE: A 1/2" (12 mm) notch in the glass is required when using the supplied steel pin for additional glass support. Replacement gaskets: CRL Cat. No. Z14RG.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Base Design: Radius back for smooth tubing connection.
For Use With: 2" (50.8 mm) diameter round tubing (thin-wall and standard, consult hardware selection for thin-wall installation).
Material: Zinc or stainless steel. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc recommended for exterior durability and corrosion resistance.
Glass Fabrication: 1/2" (12 mm) notch required if using the included steel pin; see Technical Details for glass fabrication template.
Includes: Rubber gaskets and steel pin with grommet.
Replacement Hardware: CRL ZCS5X5BR replacement screws.

Product Warning:

For interior use, CRL recommends pinning each glass panel when the glass is not supported from the bottom edge to prevent panel slippage. Rubber gaskets and steel pins are provided with each clamp.
